Solutions, especially those that used to be called "turnkey" have developed a negative connotation over the years. Usually, these systems are so locked down with features and functions that are internally co-dependent that integration costs may exceed the cost of the "solution" itself. Designing components that work well internally and with others from the same source as well as competitive sources is the way to go. It is great advice to keep your menu free of the types of buzz words that generate a negative response. Thanks. I am in complete agreement with you on this.
